About the project
Following a diagram of the sun's path during the summer solstice, this three-story extension is the star of restaurateur and chef Frank Prisinzano’s Miami home.
Designed by Christian Wassmann, the Sun Path House is a three- story extension that becomes a new center of living. Behind the bungalow stands an outwardly board formed exposed concrete spiraling wall with three levels. It is simultaneously structural, functional, and sculptural, and it serves as the spine of the project.
