Following a diagram of the sun's path during the summer solstice, this three-story extension is the star of restaurateur and chef Frank Prisinzano’s Miami home.
Cobo Construction was the GC and Project Manager for this 3400 sf State of the Art residence in West Coconut Grove, Miami.
Cobo coordinated the interior design, finishes, furnishings, appliances and delivered the home to the owner/investor.
In partnership with Housing Development LLC we develop WorkForce Housing in different areas of Miami Dade County.
One Cafe
Cobo Construction was the GC, PM and developer/partner for this “New American” neighborhood restaurant on Main Street, North Miami.
